Can we be invoiced for our order?
For schools and those with approved credit account - yes, at our checkout (when logged in), you will find the selection "Invoice to Account". This will automatically create an invoice for you and send an invoice directly to your email once you have processed the order at checkout.

Can you store our order until we are ready to receive it?
Yes, we can store your order until you are ready for it to be sent. For this though, we require payment of the order within 7 days, this is to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to purchase "livestock" and that we do not hold "rainchecks".

Can I have the order sent to me at home?
Yes, absolutely we can deliver to your home or office. We send via StarTrack or Australia Post all deliveries are sent with "Authority to Leave" if no one is home, so please ensure you leave any notes at checkout if you have a special preference. 

Do you have a showroom that I can come visit?

We are located at Unit 1, 52 Winton Road, Joondalup WA 6027. We would love for you to come see our range. Our general hours are on our website, however, we are happy for you to book an appointment outside of these hours if needed.

Once I place my order how soon do we receive the products?

For large bulk orders, your order will be processed in 2-5 days. As time gets closer to Mother’s Day or Father’s Day we aim to ensure we can process orders as soon as possible (within 1 business day) to ensure no one misses out.

Small personal orders will be processed in 1 business day.

For wholesale fundraising, a lot of items are sold in variations, can I buy just a certain colour of an item?

If only ordering 1 of an item, we are happy to accommodate this by comments in the checkout section. For bulk orders, we will send an assortment of that item. This is to ensure we can provide an even range to everyone. Retail customers purchase per item and this selection is made as per product displayed in the listing.

How do I qualify to get bonus gifts with my order?

For each release we do promotional bonus gifts, the terms are outlined in our catalogue, which you can find here for our Father's Day release.
